Job Description
In this role, you will serve as a central point of contact between our executive clients, their internal accountants, and accounting firms. You will interact daily with users, seeking to understand the issues they encounter. After investigation, your goal is to provide a response or solution to your contact, or when necessary, escalate the issue to the technical teams. The support role will also entail assisting company and firm accountants in integrating their data into Pennylane to facilitate their migration. This position offers opportunities to grow within the Support team or transition to other teams such as Account Management or Implementation Management.
