Job Description

As a Revenue Expansion Executive, you will have an opportunity to be a key strategic contributor. You will gain invaluable experience and have the chance to showcase your acquired knowledge. You will take ownership and turn existing clients into sources of additional revenue. You will work to establish the value of new product features to close cross sell and upsell opportunities. You will constantly collaborate with your peers and manager to become proficient in identifying the right clients to approach, demonstrating that you have a strong understanding of the restaurant technology space in order to help restaurateurs improve their business using the ChowNow platform. This position requires the right combination of grit, curiosity, and the drive to help small business owners with their daily challenges. Within 30 days, familiarize yourself with customers, product value, and nurture existing partners with plan. Run in-product web demos. In 60 days, drive deals via inside sales, prioritize strategic opportunities to maximize output, and exceed quota. Understand SFDC reports to evaluate pipeline and KPIs. Within 90 days, advocate for clients internally, enhance client satisfaction and retention, and exceed quota.
