Job Description
As the Business Development Manager, you will represent RF Connect in a consultative role, aligning solutions with customer needs. You will identify and close new business as well as management and up-selling of existing accounts, perform sales and technical discussions with clients, be part of the stages of communication initiatives from proposal and requirements definition to project planning and implementation. A dynamic hunter personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential. In this role you willΒ reportΒ to our EVP of Business Development.
You'll establish, build, and manage client relationships, aggressively close sales, and remain current on relevant technical information. Client presentations and preparation of proposals and documents are also part of the job, applying RF Connect standard processes throughout the design and fulfillment of wireless solutions and performing activities to support the company.
