Job Description

Access Softek is seeking a Partner Business Development Lead responsible for owning partner revenue and integrating partner solutions into the sales cycle. This role involves defining and executing partner strategy, negotiating agreements, and embedding partner products into the core sales process to drive attach and expansion. The Lead will build offers, manage MDF, enable AEs/AMs with sales plays, and lead partner sponsorship outreach. Responsibilities include revenue ownership, GTM model definition, pipeline management, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate has 5–8+ years of experience in SaaS partnership business development, strong contract negotiation skills, and technical fluency in API/SDK integrations. Success will be measured by growth in partner ARR, win rate of joint opportunities, and forecast accuracy.
