Job Description

As a Field Sales Engineer, your primary mission is to enhance the market presence and sales of Staubli Electrical Connector products across your designated region. Performance will be evaluated based on your effectiveness in identifying, nurturing, and securing a sales portfolio that is consistent with our strategic business initiatives. A key part of your role includes the ability to uncover new prospects and strengthen ties with key players in vital market segments. Expect to travel for business development activities, customer engagements, industry events, and Staubli gatherings, with estimated travel requirements of 25-40%. Core responsibilities include managing and developing the designated territory (Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Washington, New Mexico, Alberta, and British Columbia), driving electrical connector sales, serving as an expert on electrical connectors, establishing and maintaining client relations, executing growth strategies, managing ETO connector projects, maintaining customer records in Aurea CRM, and participating in marketing activities.
