Job Description

Strategic Commercial Leadership:

  • Define and own the EMEA retail growth strategy, ensuring alignment with global objectives and local market needs.
  • Lead business planning and strategic forecasting across multiple channels and markets.
  • Identify and execute high-potential white space and expansion opportunities.

Team Leadership & Talent Development:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing EMEA sales organization.
  • Establish and embed high-performance culture with a focus on accountability, agility, and cross-market collaboration.

Retailer Strategy & Negotiation:

  • Strengthen executive-level partnerships with top retailers across EMEA to drive mutual value and long-term growth.
  • Oversee negotiation of commercial agreements, trading terms, and joint business plans with key retail partners.

P&L Ownership & Financial Management:

  • Full ownership of the commercial P&L across the EMEA region, including sales revenue, trade margins, retail investments, and return on spend.
  • Deliver against quarterly and annual sales goals, margin targets, and cost-efficiency metrics.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Act as a key partner to global marketing, product, operations, and finance teams to ensure synchronized go-to-market execution.
  • Champion the voice of the EMEA retailer and consumer within global forums and planning cycles.
