Middle Atlassian Administrator

Responsibilities:

• Administer, configure, and maintain Atlassian Cloud products, including Jira Cloud, Jira Service Management, and Confluence Cloud.
• Create and configure Jira projects, workflows, issue types, custom fields, screens, permissions, and notification schemes.
• Design, develop, and maintain business process automations using Jira Automation, n8n, and other tools.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Jira Cloud and Confluence Cloud administration.
• Strong understanding of Jira workflows, permission schemes, custom fields, and automation rules.
• Practical experience with Atlassian REST APIs, Smart Values, and system integrations.
