About the Role:
- You will analyze legacy state systems and document business rules for a modernized Integrated Eligibility System.
- Collaborate with agency stakeholders, subject matter experts, end users, and vendor teams to ensure accurate future-state solutions.
What You'll Do:
- Extract, validate, and quality-check business rules from legacy systems, ensuring coverage and usability.
- Create process flows, context diagrams, use cases, requirements traceability matrices, and wireframes.
- Conduct peer reviews and contribute to quality assurance, keeping deliverables aligned with business needs.
Requirements:
- 3–7 years of experience as an Automation Engineer with state-government business analysis in human services.
- Strong ability to produce user stories, data dictionaries, and technical/functional specifications.
- Experience with Integrated Eligibility System modernization and documenting legacy interfaces.
