What You'll Be Selling:

  • Platform (Enterprise) — Studio, Server, and infrastructure for developing, running, debugging, observing, and scaling agents in production, hosted or self-hosted.
  • Agent Builder — Build and edit agents without code, serving as a wedge into non-technical buyers.
  • Concierge — Embedded Mastra engineers (FDE model) shipping alongside the customer's team with direct access and SLAs.

How to Know If You're the Right Fit:

  • You're product-obsessed, customer-obsessed, and insanely driven, with a founder mentality.
  • You understand our users' and customers' needs at a PM level and thrive in an environment of constant change.
  • Dev tools, OSS, infra, or AI sales experience is a strong plus, and comfort with ambiguity is non-negotiable.

First 45 Days:

  • Week 1: Training and listening in on all active sales deals, reviewing case studies.
  • Weeks 2-3: Ramp to 10-15 first meetings per week, qualifying aggressively but gracefully.
  • Weeks 4-5: Deep dives, getting first deals into procurement and learning to accelerate the pipeline.
  • Weeks 6-7: Closing time; beat the Chief of Staff's 43-day first enterprise close to earn a $2K bonus per deal.

One Last Thing:

  • We're competitive nerds who play fair and win together as a team. Our founders spent weekend evenings coding and watching playoffs at a bar, each rooting for a different team but all cheering together.
