Job Description
Interact with prospective owners via telephone and email, employing effective sales techniques to convert them into purchasers. The role involves developing relationships with prospective owners by following up on referrals and leads. You will be catering the sales experience to the individual needs and preferences of each prospective owner, and follow through with the sales contract process to ensure that all paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
Maintaining the customer relationship after the sale is complete to ensure continued satisfaction with the organization and to develop future business opportunities (i.e., referrals, additional sales). This includes answering owner questions, providing recommendations, and monitoring contract processing. You’ll discover customer needs, explain product features, and close sales using approved processes. Additionally, you will manage business transactions, provide service to others, and maintain awareness of current events to build relationships.
