About the Role:

  • Build structure and scale what's working within the sales team.
  • Manage account executives, including both veterans and newly promoted reps.
  • Professionalize the sales process with repeatable onboarding and a consistent operating cadence.

What You'll Do:

  • Partner with revenue operations, BDR leadership, and client services on lead quality and messaging.
  • Continue to optimize and document the sales process from discovery through close.
  • Run weekly 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and listening sessions to support the sales team.

What You Bring:

  • Experience in front-line sales management, ideally at a fast-growing company.
  • A track record of taking a sales motion from 'working' to 'repeatable'.
  • Comfort with sub-90-day sales cycles and a high-velocity monthly cadence.
