Senior People Business Partner (Temporary, Parental Leave Cover)

The Senior PBP will step in to support FloQast’s growth during a parental leave, driving key HR processes for our Research & Development (R&D) teams. You’ll take charge of cyclical people programs for R&D groups, handle employee relations, and be the go-to for managers’ daily questions—ensuring smooth operations and a positive employee experience. Partnering with HR leadership, you’ll keep us compliant, solve issues fast, and champion FloQast’s culture in a high-energy, fast-moving SaaS environment. You'll drive Cyclical HR Programs, manage employee relations, and lead strategic people initiatives. You'll partner with leadership, coach managers, identify trends & insights, support change management, and reinforce values. You'll jump in on strategic PBP initiatives as they arise and keep R&D policies compliant.
