Role Overview:
- Lead cross-functional programs that improve data connectivity and strengthen Risk Adjustment operations through scalable interoperability solutions.
- Operate with high autonomy to manage end-to-end initiatives from strategy to execution and performance monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with provider organizations, vendor partners, and external stakeholders.
- Oversee testing, validation, and monitoring of healthcare data connections to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data quality and integration issues across interoperability initiatives.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in healthcare operations, health insurance, or provider-facing healthcare roles.
- 2+ years delivering interoperability programs or large-scale data integration initiatives.
- Strong understanding of healthcare data exchange, payor-provider systems, and TEFCA.
