Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the second point of contact for Brand Payments Associates, escalating issues to the Supervisor.
- Complete KPI reporting for Brand Associates weekly and follow up on outstanding items.
- Collaborate with the Supervisor on special projects, process enhancements, and system improvements.
Requirements:
- 3–4 years of experience in accounting, finance operations, or a related field.
- Proficiency with financial systems, including QuickBooks, and advanced Excel skills.
- 1-2 years of proven leadership or supervisory experience in accounting operations.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year.
