Sales Development Representative

Join our recruiting team in Mexico as an Outbound SDR / Appointment Setter. In this remote role within LATAM, ideally aligned with U.S. Central Time (CST), you will generate qualified outbound calls and schedule intro calls with Account Managers. You’ll play a key role in building connections with decision-makers in the construction, engineering, energy, and industrial services sectors across the U.S. Responsibilities include making 70–90 outbound calls per day, qualifying prospects, and entering call notes into PipeDrive CRM. Requirements include fluent English, minimum 2 years of experience in outbound sales targeting U.S. clients, and a reliable internet connection.
