Account Executives are responsible for expanding opportunities within a set of existing high-value accounts while also driving new customer acquisition. PagerDuty emphasizes exceptional sales experiences. Key responsibilities include Value Selling, Account Expansion & Acquisition, Strategic Account Development, Sales Effectiveness, Executive Engagement, Sales Execution, Prospecting, New Business Development, Planning & Forecasting. The Account Executive will focus on demonstrating value, balancing account growth with new business, developing strategic plans, maintaining relationships, negotiating outcomes, conducting high-level conversations, ensuring pipeline management, and converting leads into customers.
