Senior Solution Architect, Platform Expert Services

Role:

• Support pre-sales activities such as sales presentations.
• Be a lead member of an overall engagement project team delivering successful customer outcomes.
• Design solutions using a Workflow’s Solutions for common customer use cases.

Qualifications:

• At least 8 years of consultation and/or configuration experience implementing complex technologies.
• Vast experience with leading PaaS and Low Code app Platform software.
• Understanding of AI Models, Deep Learning Models, and Large Language Models.

Certifications:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (required).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist.
