Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager, Retention & LTV

THE ROLE:

• We're looking for a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager focused on retention and LTV.
• This role is ideal for someone with 5+ years of lifecycle experience and hands-on Iterable.
• You'll work closely with the LCM Director to build and optimize the member journey.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Own the retention and LTV lifecycle strategy across email, SMS, and push in Iterable.
• Build and manage key member moments including onboarding, refill reminders, renewal, and churn prevention.
• Define and monitor cohort-level retention metrics: renewal rate, churn, visit frequency, refill rate, LTV.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

• 5+ years of lifecycle or CRM marketing experience with a focus on retention.
• 3+ years of hands-on Iterable experience required.
• Strong command of retention analytics: cohort analysis, churn modeling, LTV measurement.
