About the Role:

  • Own end-to-end LTV including lifecycle marketing, loyalty, retention, and subscriber experience.
  • Lead and develop a team of three while staying close to strategy and execution.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Ecommerce, CX, Performance, and Brand.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 12+ years in retention, lifecycle, or subscriber marketing with at least 5 years leading teams.
  • Proven track record of moving a primary LTV or retention metric at scale.
  • Deep fluency in subscription mechanics and hands-on with Klaviyo/Postscript.

Compensation & Perks:

  • Competitive base salary range of $225,000 - $250,000 depending on experience.
