Ownership and Strategy:
- Own end-to-end site strategy and roadmap across a multi-brand Shopify environment.
- Set the standard for best-in-class Shopify DTC and drive conversion.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and develop a cross-functional team spanning ecommerce, engineering, design, and CRO.
- Act as internal PM for engineering and design, writing specs and scoping builds.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary range $225,000 - $250,000 depending on experience.
