- Set up new implementation projects by confirming sizing and securing configuration capacity.
- Own project schedules and milestones, monitor progress, and replan activities when required.
- Serve as primary client contact for timing, sequencing, deliverables, and expectations.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience managing software implementation projects for external clients.
- Strong client management, risk management, and communication skills.
- Based in the US and willing to travel to client sites across North America.
