Senior Clinical Recruiter

We are seeking a Senior Clinical Recruiter to manage the entire recruiting process, including partnering with Recruitment and HR leadership on job descriptions, sourcing passive candidates, reviewing resumes, conducting in-depth interviews, and coordinating interviews with multiple stakeholders. You will also be responsible for developing candidate pipelines, collaborating on offer development, and communicating with candidates throughout the hiring process. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of clinical recruiting experience, proficiency in leveraging ATS and CRM tools, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple searches independently in a fast-paced environment.
