Job Description
This position will be key to driving the next phase of the business development in the CEE market. Working closely with the product team, marketing team and Digital team and with the European Hub, this person will be accountable of the customers’ growth. We are looking for a dynamic and committed Business Development Manager to help drive our business forward into new markets. Reporting to the EMEAD Sales Director you will be able to develop, implement and drive account specific plans & promotions in line with the Shark Ninja market strategy in the CEE market, focused on profitable sales growth throughout their portfolio.
To build a sales strategy that achieves & exceed sales and margin targets for your accounts and launch new products. Ensure that Shark & Ninja are represented in a positive and professional manner at all times both on-line and off-line Planning and executing activities for both on-line, in-store and off-page to drive strong sales out performance. Identify new retailers to deliver incremental business. Participate in tradeshows, sales meetings and other Company events as required.
