Job Description
As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will:
-Run full-cycle searches across technical orgs from intake to offer.
-Partner with sourcers, coordinators, and hiring teams.
-Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, advising on role definition, search strategy, and market realities.
-Use data to diagnose and improve search, refining the approach as needed.
-Build pipelines through targeted sourcing strategies.

-Bring 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in tech-enabled environments.
-Have experience hiring technical roles.
-Operate as a business partner, using market insights and data to guide decisions.
-Think creatively about sourcing to find and engage top technical talent.
