About the Role:
- This is a farmer role focused on expansion and renewal within an existing customer base, not new logo hunting.
- You will own senior relationship development and upsell execution while partnering with Customer Success Managers.
- Responsibilities include mapping decision-making structures, developing expansion proposals, and negotiating terms.
What We're Looking For:
- 3–7 years of SaaS sales experience with a focus on expansion, renewal, or account management.
- Deep understanding of fundraising or advancement, either as a practitioner or through selling to higher education and nonprofits.
- Proven ability to build relationships with VP and C-suite buyers and close upsell deals.
