Brevant District Leader

This remote role at Corteva Agriscience is an exciting opportunity for a Brevant District Leader serving the Northeast (NY, PA, NJ, DE, MD, New England). The Brevant District Leader will lead the Retail Sales Agronomist and Retail Business Manager team to deliver seed growth results with targeted retail business accounts. They will provide vision to the district team to develop a differentiated strategy and tactics to exponentially grow the seed business through retail. Strong emphasis is put on coaching, developing, and recruiting talent within the team and across the organization. The leader will drive business forecasting which includes communicating market dynamics that impact the execution of Brevant business plans. They will also provide input into sales strategies and programs and execute plans to achieve results.
