Job Description

About the role:

  • Primary relationship owner for a portfolio of Garner’s largest Provider clients.
  • Drive the overall success for clients within our "Provider" line of business, including health systems and other healthcare organizations.
  • Translate a client's unique goals and needs into sustained, successful commercial partnerships.

What you will do:

  • Drive improved net revenue retention (NRR) and other KPIs.
  • Consult with clients to resolve strategic problems and ensure Garner is delivering value.
  • Collaborate with product, data, and technology teams for customized reports.

What you will bring to the team:

  • 7+ years of experience in a growth-oriented role in the healthcare space.
  • Strategic account planning and execution skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% to support client needs.
