Job Description
This role will create training curriculum & materials to use for customer training, execute interactive one on one & one to many trainings with customers, offer a training calendar with 4-7 30/60 minute sessions per day for customers, continue personal product education as new features & functions are added, and update training content as the products evolve to share with customers. The role requires tracking training sessions in Salesforce to provide a 360 view of the customer training journey, sharing customer feedback in appropriate internal channels, escalating churn risk firms to their Sales/Onboarding representatives to mitigate churn, and sending CSAT surveys after each interaction & maintain high scores.
