Job Description
As a Client Success, Manager, you will guide the implementation process of new practices by following our implementation timeline and guidelines and execute implementation plans, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and operational needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate efforts and achieve project milestones.
You will monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes, collecting feedback and data to measure outcomes, and identifying areas for further enhancement, also maintain documentation of implementation processes, outcomes, and lessons learned for future reference and continuous improvement initiatives. You will maintain a relationship with the practice post implementation to ensure engagement and adoption of services.
Residing in the Atlanta area is a plus, with some time spent in-market visiting provider offices and monthly travel, 1-4x per month, to meet with provider offices may be required as needed.
