Procurement Manager

Role Overview:

• You will lead and manage the procurement team, focusing on daily execution and strategic translation.
• This role is people-management and execution-focused, driving process maturity and enterprise-grade procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Directly manage team workload, coaching, and performance, while owning PO and procurement workflows in Jira and NetSuite.
• Build and formalize vendor review processes covering onboarding, risk assessment, and offboarding in partnership with InfoSec and Legal.
• Drive continuous process improvement and serve as an escalation point for procurement issues.

What You'll Bring:

• 5+ years of procurement or vendor management experience with 2+ years in people management.
• Demonstrated ability to build or mature vendor risk processes and translate strategy into team execution.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across Finance, IT, InfoSec, and Legal.
