- Own the vendor request intake and selection process from business need to signed agreement.
- Lead commercial negotiations for cloud and AI commitments.
- Create category strategies and negotiation playbooks.
Vendor & SaaS Lifecycle:
- Manage the vendor portfolio across onboarding, performance, renewal, and offboarding.
- Reduce SaaS sprawl by tracking adoption and taking action on renewals.
- Surface shadow IT and AI with robust evaluation standards.
Spend Governance & Visibility:
- Govern outbound spend across vendors, travel, and expenses with clear policies.
- Partner with FP&A to manage vendor spend against budgets.
- Build automated approvals and reporting for consumption-based costs.
