What you’ll do at SN:
- Lead the Strategic Buyer Initiative and other strategic business development initiatives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Lead complex, multi-service sales cycles from initial contact through contract negotiation and close.
What you may have done before:
- Led strategic growth or business development initiatives within professional services, consulting, or AEC-focused organizations.
- Successfully sold multi-service or cross-functional consultative solutions.
What it takes to be a Director of Business Development at SN:
- 8+ years of progressive sales or business development experience within professional services.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, engineering, or related field.
- Proven success selling cross-functional solutions with a multimillion-dollar annual revenue generation track record.
