About the Role:
- This role is for a strong operator to turn CEO priorities into execution across product, hiring, licensing, partnerships, and market launch.
- You will support the CEO Office for BJAK's AI Neobank app expansion, driving daily operating rhythm and strategic projects.
- You will handle urgent business problems that don't fit neatly into one department.
What You'll Own:
- Drive CEO-level priorities from problem definition to execution.
- Track OKRs, decisions, blockers, owners, and deadlines across teams.
- Support licensing applications, country expansion, hiring, partnerships, and strategic projects.
What We're Looking For:
- High-ownership business generalist with strong execution discipline.
- Clear writer, structured thinker, and strong follow-through operator.
- Comfortable handling ambiguity, urgent problems, and shifting priorities.
