Job Description
This role will own and evolve a unified enablement strategy across onboarding, role-based development, launch readiness, and continuous learning. You will drive the creation of modular, learner-centric programs that align to Sales, CS, Partner, and Marketing roles and support full-funnel GTM performance. Performance metrics and feedback loops will be defined to measure enablement impact on ramp time, content usage, pipeline conversion, attach rate, and retention. They will also translate and operationalize company priorities into structured enablement roadmaps with clear ownership and measurable business impact.
