Job Description

Responsible for building, leading, and developing our team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs). This team plays a significant role in how we achieve our sales targets. Help scale both inbound and outbound customer acquisition strategies to build pipeline and convert customers in target accounts. This fully remote role reports to the VP of Revenue Marketing and is open to candidates located anywhere in the continental US. Lead, inspire, and manage a growing team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs), fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and performance. Develop and implement scalable strategies for both inbound and outbound prospecting to build a robust sales pipeline that directly contributes to revenue growth. Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to refine lead qualification processes, ensure seamless handoffs, and optimize the customer acquisition funnel. Establish metrics and performance benchmarks; analyze data to track progress, identify trends, and continuously improve team efficiency and effectiveness. Provide ongoing coaching, training, and professional development to empower BDRs to succeed individually while driving team-wide results. Champion Jasper’s mission by instilling the company values into every interaction the BDR team has with potential customers, ensuring a positive and professional buyer experience.
