Role Summary:
- Act as the primary regional outpost for the Product team, focusing on the Oceania market.
- Balance customer needs with product priorities to guide roadmap investments.
- Operate with autonomy and technical judgment in a complex healthcare IT environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client business requirements and provide expert recommendations.
- Take full ownership of complex technical investigations, driving them to resolution.
- Validate and reconcile technical findings before communicating to clients.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years managing technical accounts, with healthcare IT experience preferred.
- Proficiency in React, PHP, SQL Server, and interoperability standards (DICOM, HL7, FHIR, IHE).
- Strong relationship management and cross-functional leadership skills.
