Own end-to-end implementation for new partners, from kickoff through launch and early post-go-live support.
Diagnose root cause when implementations break, distinguishing between data mapping issues, config errors, API/integration failures, or product gaps.
Lead complex, multi-stakeholder technical conversations directly with partner IT, engineering teams, and EHR vendors.

Technical Requirements:

Write and run scripts or queries (SQL, Python) to test, validate, or troubleshoot integration and configuration issues before escalating.
Comfortable reading logs, API responses, and system behavior to hold detailed technical conversations with engineering.
Experience with FHIR APIs, EHR systems (Epic, Cerner), or healthcare data interoperability.

What You'll Bring:

5+ years in technical implementation, integration engineering, or solutions consulting, preferably in healthcare or health tech.
Strong technical troubleshooting instincts, comfortable in API docs, logs, and system architecture.
A consultative, solutions-oriented communication style, able to explain complex technical concepts in plain language.
