Case Management Associate

Role Overview:

• Own and manage a caseload of in-process life insurance applications from start to finish.
• Request and track underwriting documentation, ensuring cases meet expected timelines and quality standards.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Communicate consistently with clients and internal teams, providing clear updates and addressing issues.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Customer Success, and Quality Assurance to improve processes and customer experience.
