Job Description
The Business Development Manager will contribute to building and managing the full sales cycle of business development. This includes analysing and identifying opportunities, as well as rewarding partners. The business development approach at P2P.org is built on the proactive efforts of every BDM in collaboration with the product, legal, and research teams. You should be persistent in your drive to close a deal, curious, and inventive in finding ways to achieve results. You will work on the strategic account list with action plans to acquire and grow business relationships with crypto exchanges, wallets, custody providers, banks, VCs, and hedge funds. You will manage the full user lifecycle from prospecting to signing, including all commercial negotiations, and then helping make them successful.
