We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and compliance-savvy HR Compliance Assistant to join our People Team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring HR-related policies, processes, and platforms meet regulatory requirements and support a consistent and compliant employee experience. You’ll be responsible for maintaining our background check program, supporting new hire onboarding with a focus on candidate integrity, and managing compliance-related systems and audits—while keeping an eye on the details that matter most.
Background Check Program Review background check results for all new hires and escalations, ensuring timely follow-up and documentation. Maintain and audit high-risk role classifications to ensure permissions are in line with role requirements.
Employment File & System Compliance Maintain and audit electronic employee files, especially during new hire setup, status changes, and other transitions. HR Systems & Knowledge Management Conduct routine sweeps of Confluence content for accuracy and ensure information is current and aligned with Company policies and procedures.
