Job Description

Peek is seeking a Partner Support Representative to assist activity partners in growing their businesses using Peek’s SaaS platform, PeekPro, acting as the first line of defense for product questions and technical troubleshooting. Responsibilities include following up on customer inquiries across channels like phone, email, and Helpdesk requests while maintaining customer satisfaction. You will also craft informative messages in response to product- and tech-related queries, represent the voice of customers internally, and contribute suggestions for updating the Helpdesk. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of experience in customer service and technical support, excellent communication skills, enthusiasm for solving technical problems, and the ability to troubleshoot software. The position requires full-time availability with a possible weekend day schedule, punctuality, reliability, and strong deductive reasoning skills. Experience with ZenDesk, Salesforce, JIRA, Slack, and/or G-Suite is a plus.
