Job Description

The Senior Sales Operations Program Manager will play a critical role in optimizing and driving operational efficiency within ServiceNow's Channel and Partner ecosystem. This involves executing strategic initiatives, streamlining processes, and identifying opportunities to enhance partner transacting lifecycles (CPQ and multiple partner routes).

Key responsibilities include executing channel operational strategies, driving projects from inception to completion, identifying efficiency gaps, collaborating with cross-functional teams, partnering with enablement teams for change management, and analyzing operational data. The role also involves ensuring compliance, implementing process optimizations, providing insights into partner behavior, and documenting best practices.

To succeed, the candidate should have 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations or related fields, expertise in CPQ processes, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities. A strategic mindset and the ability to influence teams are also essential.
