Job Description
As Senior Account Manager you will be part of Success team French & Iberia markets and will be responsible for developing deeper relationships with our customers and generating additional revenue. You will work with our clients to retain and grow our partnership with them through identifying opportunities and solving problems to make them successful. We will help you develop a deep understanding of the Uberall platform so that you can consult our client, cultivate relationships, identify new opportunities within the customer and drive revenue by delivering on their business objectives.
Main responsibilities include networking with senior stakeholders, understanding client strategies, and driving business reviews. You will also promote Uberallβs offerings, identify new opportunities, and collaborate with other teams to ensure excellent service. The ideal candidate has significant experience in client relationship management, works well with enterprise SaaS customers, possesses excellent communication skills, and is fluent in English and French.
