Position Overview:
- Serve as part of the Logistics Management team within Customer Service.
- Report to Logistics Managers and assist with special projects and tasks.
- Answer the logistics helpline to address or redirect calls.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Monitor live shipments for exceptions through web portal and email.
- Escalate issues internally and communicate with carriers and clients.
- Onboard new clients, handle order entry, and perform administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook.
- 2+ years of general logistics management and customer service preferred.
