Position Overview:

  • Serve as part of the Logistics Management team within Customer Service.
  • Report to Logistics Managers and assist with special projects and tasks.
  • Answer the logistics helpline to address or redirect calls.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Monitor live shipments for exceptions through web portal and email.
  • Escalate issues internally and communicate with carriers and clients.
  • Onboard new clients, handle order entry, and perform administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook.
  • 2+ years of general logistics management and customer service preferred.
