What You Will Do:
- Deliver expert technical support to international customers for genomic applications.

- Partner with Engineering, Software, Science, and Production teams on special projects.
- Ensure timely completion of work to maintain customer production schedules.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or related field.
- Over 7 years of experience in genetics or molecular biology.
- Proven expertise in oligo synthesis, PCR, Real-Time PCR, and nucleic acid purification.
