Job Summary:

  • The Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for driving revenue by positioning LGC's portfolio of products and services to customers in the Pacific Northwest region.
  • This role involves lead management, direct sales, and pipeline management to achieve shared revenue and growth goals.
  • The position is home-based with occasional travel and requires collaboration with field sales and commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on new inquiries, sample requests, and tradeshow leads to maximize cross-selling opportunities.
  • Proactively prospect for new customers and identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Provide custom pricing and quotes while maintaining accurate pipeline records in CRM systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences and proven time management and organizational skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and networking skills to build strong customer relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales presentation tools; experience with Salesforce preferred.
