Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound leads via phone/email, cross-sell LGC products, and proactively identify new prospects in Research, Academic, Public Health, and Biotech sectors.
- Deliver pricing and quotes in collaboration with Product Management and Customer Service, and follow up to ensure repeat business.
- Promote the entire product range (Reagents, Instrumentation, Laboratory Services) and use Salesforce CRM for pipeline and activity tracking.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field; master's or PhD preferred.
- Strong foundation in genetics and molecular biology; experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles preferred.
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office suite; excellent communication, time management, and analytical skills.
