In this role, you will be joining the European CX team, providing excellent support to our users and gym partners in Spain and Germany, answering questions, and managing handover requests to deliver excellent service. Your role involves categorizing each interaction with our customers to understand what improvements should be made in the process. You will manage customer communications and reply to requests by email and chat. You will also identify and assess customersβ needs, manage the CRM system and updates, and collaborate closely with multiple departments to support all processes and operations.
