About the Role:
- Mercury is engineering the future of banking and seeks an SRE to embed with product teams.
- You will help mature reliability practices and create self-reinforcing cycles.
What You'll Do:
- Embed with product teams to improve operational maturity through on-call, monitoring, and alerting.
- Run game day exercises and implement reliability techniques in Haskell & TypeScript.
- Champion reliability practices through design reviews and advocate for SLOs.
Who You Are:
- You have past SRE or DevOps experience with measurable influence on reliability.
- You have significant experience with PostgreSQL and Temporal workflows.
- You are familiar with observability platforms like Grafana or Honeycomb.
