- Shape engineering culture, hiring roadmap, and best practices from day one in a high-trust environment.
What You Will Own:
- Define the technology strategy and roadmap aligned to product and business goals.
- Oversee modernization of legacy .NET monolith to modern .NET and cloud-native patterns.
- Drive security, compliance, and DevOps, including HIPAA and SOC 2 readiness.
What Makes You a Strong Fit:
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with 4+ years leading teams.
- Hands-on mastery of .NET, modern front-end frameworks, and cloud infrastructure.
- Deep familiarity with HIPAA-regulated environments and AI/ML deployment.
